Any talk in agraharam that premium increases the chance or probability of approval compared to normal processing?

As per Branded Attorney, the premium cases are opened and then put in a seperate queue, as there is 15 days limit on it, normally they are again looked on around 1 or after 7th day and case decided, as uscis always shortage on resources doesn't not want to close on premium cases within 7days and after 7days they workn ok n it .....and due to time pressure some things might get over looked.
