Ippudu Ela cheste better antav Kaneesam okka saranna Interview attend avvali... so H4 ki in person attend avvali... no dropbox. First Get H1 stamped through dropbox then attend H4 with copies of New H1 visa & i797 and also marriage related documents. If you are ok to attend in person, then both go for in person interview. Both will get same slot and interview time.
