RECOMMENDATIONS is not something only OC's will use. In India every body try to see if there is any recommendation in his circle (for any thing like cinema tickets, bus pass, job, marraige, bank purpose ) ...

In TG .... if a chow has velma friend in CM's office ... will he use recommendation or not (for anything) ...

Mana state lo reservations only fetch for low and middle class people. 

All upper class are caste related. even road contract nunchu engineering college approving daka money and caste ante..

 

People should change appede ap bagupadatadi.. help only their caste people ilativi taggali..
