I did that mistake by joining IBM US during recession and came out of it. Many Indian companies will not do pacha mukka . IBM will not do mostly. 

 

Before joining only you will talk to HR's, after that nuvvu arrichi golla chessina they dont listen. They will say they will do it, but they will keep on dragging, tried and fighted with them for 3 years. 3 years ech 1 period waste. 

 

I am Lead and under me, there are 3 vendor companies, WIPRO,CTS, Accenture, and many onsite and offshore people working in the project. They will not do pacha mukka, many of them say CTS will do, but i asked many of the CTS colleagues, they will not give guarantee, and na friends join ayyarru different clients lo CTS, picha hand icharru after joining. Even Infy, TCS will not do pacha mukka. 

 

So Big No to all Desi Big vendors. 

 

Ni karma khalli, sagam jeevitham sanka naki poyyi, position critical ga unthe thappa. Dont join
