help me H4 To H1 Cos.. Tax Filing

Hi Experts,

 

I am on H1B. My spouse came to US last year on H4 and later got H1B.

 

Now, I am applying for tax returns jointly.  Would there be any difference in taxes in my case?

 

Or the taxes are same irrespective of  her H-4 or H-1 B status?
