My suggestion is

Option 1: manchi insurance unte Doctor dagarki vellamanu.
Option 2: every 1 hr ku, give full glass of carrot juice--contents--carrots,celery,ginger,lemon--this helps hydration as well as builds white blood cells ..
Instead of water give him--Gatorade --orange or lemonade flavor --repeat this 1 week--he will be normal --
