tackle ?? see thats the wrong word.. why should u manage symptoms..these doctor  are trained to treat symptoms only..  u can kick out sinus from your system i.e the cause..

 

if you are really really keen I will tell u what u have to do...... are u interested ?? otherwise I dont want to go in depth and waste my time..
