280 Crore Central Drought Relief For Ap - Tv9

The High Level Committee (HLC) that was headed by union home minister Rajnath Singh has approved a drought assistance to some states of India. As part of it , the union government has approved Rs 280 crore to Andhra Pradesh. In the same line Rajasthan state has been getting Rs 1177 Crore and Tamil Nadu has been getting Rs 1773 Crore. The Union Minister for Finance Arun Jaitley, Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi and senior officers of the Ministries of Home, Finance and Agriculture attended the meeting.
