Stop using shower... Use bucket and mug... Direct hot water on hair, causes more hairfall and white color

Use tea tree oil and almond oil mix... Twice a week..

Maintain short hair... Less than 1/2 inch

Don't comb often...especially after headbath

Don't use hair dryer.. Instead use saamraan poga
