They will pay u very well. They will pay for even public holidays/ client holidays unlike other consultancies. Also, if you work for more than 40 hrs, they will pay you for those extra hours.

 

Yes, they will terminate you if you can't get into a client place(job) after a month on bench. But they will make you face many client interviews before your current contract expires + that 1 month bench. Proxies vaade type aithe lite teesko.. skill unnodivi aithe go for it.

I am working for randstad technologies but not as a employer. They are my prime vendor. If you have project everything will be well they will sponsor h1b and GC. But if you don't have project they will terminate you
