Also, if you work for more than 40 hrs, they will pay you for those extra hours. Yes, they will terminate you if you can't get into a client place(job) after a month on bench. But they will make you face many client interviews before your current contract expires + that 1 month bench. Proxies vaade type aithe lite teesko.. skill unnodivi aithe go for it.
