in 2013, i went to local IRA office with tax returns and W7 documents. Vallu Passport ni xerox theesi attest chesi IRS , TX office ki pamputharu.. in that way you can avoid sending orginal passport to IRS

 

H& R block lo approved agents vuntaru.. they can attest the passport and send to IRS.. koncham ekkuva charge chestharu.. but you can avoid going to IRA office.

 

Mana desi tax guys kooda attest chestharu.. but andaru eligible kadhu.. kani mana vallu last daka nanchi matter cheptharu.. best go with H&R block for the first time.. else.. mana desi galla tho returns file chenchi.. nuvve IRA office ki velli docs chupinchu..
