I am on 85-15 with employer(as i am on OPT and less employer taxes) Now client offered FT with H1 sponsorship, I told manager everything about me like MS, EXP, etc., he is ok with it. But pay less only 110K and only 6% bonus every year Location - NC Should I go for FT ? What if I don't get H1 for next two attempts ?

Water_Bottle Posted February 17, 2016 Author Report Posted February 17, 2016 NC lo aa pay chaala ekkuvaaa... go for it manager ki told everything ante em cheppavv...ila fake pakodi no experience ani ahh ? endukante future lo nee paina kannu padthaadhi for sure me and manager go for happy hr every friday afternoon so he is very lite he is white but know everything like this last year a guy came from offshore(as h1 picked) only 2yrs exp but team in US gave build up like 10 years exp and he came and tolded truth to manager. Manager understood and offered him FT also
