I am on 85-15 with employer(as i am on OPT and less employer taxes) Now client offered FT with H1 sponsorship, I told manager everything about me like MS, EXP, etc., he is ok with it. But pay less only 110K and only 6% bonus every year Location - NC Should I go for FT ? What if I don't get H1 for next two attempts ? areyyy 110k less aaa that tooo opt ki

UNITED99 Posted February 17, 2016 Report Posted February 17, 2016 me and manager go for happy hr every friday afternoon so he is very lite he is white but know everything like this last year a guy came from offshore(as h1 picked) only 2yrs exp but team in US gave build up like 10 years exp and he came and tolded truth to manager. Manager understood and offered him FT also thats nice of him.. Anyway go for it.. Congrats
