Quinoa is a healthy carb along with 8GM of protein,,(higher protein value than a single egg), 21% of fiber, 30%magnesium , 28% Phosphorous and many more essentials for a day..

slv Posted February 23, 2016 Report Posted February 23, 2016 1 cup quinoa , 2 cups water pressure cook cheyachu...2 whistles 1 cup quinoa 1/2 cup moong with 1 tomato 2 vankay..salt , pasupu , garam masala, karam vesi kichidi la tinaachu.. if u dont like quinoa , kichidi cheskondi chala baguntundi
