HOA charge chestaru for snow cleaning, land scaping etc. it will be probably $100-$200 per month. 

 

Ask what HOA charges include, friend apartment lo HOA $500. but it includes heat, hot water, property taxes, maintenance. 

 

if you will live in that area for atleast 2 years it is good to buy or else you will probably lose money if you sell it immediately.
