TDP senior leader Payyavula Keshav has come down heavily on YSRCP chief and the leader of opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.Addressing the media, Payyavula has alleged that YS Jagan will never be the chief minister of the state. TDP leader alleged that people have come to know about his attitude and also came to know about foul politics creating obstruction to the development of the state.
