Don't listen to ppl who ask to pay fine....points padtay, insurance perugutundi.

Better call to the court mentioned in the ticket, Say that you want to plead not guilty and ask them to schedule for pre-hearing.

On the Pre hearing date...u need to go to court and their when u enter the clerk will directly ask you if u want the fine to be reduced and ticket to be changed to non-moving citation. Accept it you will pay less and the ticket will be waived.
