It's the new Northern Virginia, I think Indian population currently is almost as much as NoVa area.

Finally, an honest opinion. NJ to compare cheste, it's way cleaner, and lot cheaper to own a house sure, but 0 tourist spots, or excitement. family living styles ki nachiddi

Dont compare with Edison or Jersey city avi chetha assala if you live in Princeton or Plainsboro its entirely different other than buying house in NC, sales tax is higher here

Princeton lo 700k house Cary lo 450/500 lo vastundi, and property tax < 1% compared to ~3% in NJ man. plainsboro is more apartment community anyway. princeton has it's ivy league college, Raleigh area has 2 really good (Duke/UNC) and 1 good (NCSU)

raleigh lo you can easily get a 1600 sft townhouse for <200k in good areas. single family house ~200-250k lo vastundi if you go a little far outside of town, but desis kanipincharu, aa areas lo
