Db lo chala mandi chala vidhaluga depressed unnaru kaada.Even i was in same boat.....but i started meditating.......meditating for 20 mins really changes your mind.If u can google it you can see there will be a change in the beta waves formation in your brain.These are taken through Mri.........so meditation cheyandi.You will discover yourself you will enjoy everything but u will not be attached to anything.
