That's the act people are using to show that Clinton is anti-minority. It is the act that put 1000s of african americans behind bars in the mid 90s. 

 

Since Sanders has voted on it, after raising several reservations on the floor, he can't claim the moral high ground n this issue. And he hasn't too.

pro-minorityism is not just about walking with MLK. Its about recognizing the challenges blacks face in the US.
