Dear A**M Team,

 

As many of you probably don't know me, today is my last day. But before I leave, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a great and distinct

pleasure it has been to type "Today is my last day."

 

I would like to say something about two important people out there in A**M. "D***thi A****ddy" & "S****vas B******ju"

 

D***thi: You were one of the worst Managers in I3M, You don't even know how to talk with your teammates. I take this opportunity to tell how

happy I was when I moved out of A**M, The only reason I could leave A**M was just YOU. You never know difference between Personal life and Professional life.

AND STOP saying A**M is a production floor and I cannot meet by old teammates, every floor inside I3M is a production floor & I have

every right to meet my friends. If you have personal grudges try to handle them out of I3M. I wish I never see your face again in my life.

 

Bh*****ju: I wish you learn some Management skills. Stop bugging girls in your team, You are a manager try to be one. Having a discussion with you is like 

I'm talking to a wall, and stop interfering in someone's personal life. Kindly have some process knowledge, if you don't know what the process is kindly don't 

expect something special from us. You seriously have worst Management skills, Iam lucky enough that I hardly worked under your management skills. Do have 

only professional discussion with your teammates stop bugging in their personal life. Quote for you: "Management by objective works - if you know the objectives. 

Ninety percent of the time you don't"
