Asked employer(full-time) to convert to premium but they are not interested in doing that and asked me to wait for regular processing update. I tried applying new driving license for my wife. But valid I-94 undali anta Mass. RMV lo. ee okka reason cheppi employer ni premium chepinchamani force cheyachu nenu. Ilanti reasons inkemem cheppochu employer tho, premium processing apply cheyataniki?

Maa lawyer cheppindu Ya idi correct e ... but nenu anedi..wife ki immediate ga ippudu driving license apply cheyalante...DMV vadu lite aantunnadu..U need to have valid I-94 or H4 Approval notice antunnadu.... I just got extension receipt for her.. It is now taking more than 10 months for extension approval.
