Turbotax For H-1B People?

Can we use Turbotax to file taxes while on H-1B? Appatlo evaro annaru that manam NR (Non residents) and cannot go through online Tax websites as they don't file some 1080NR document. I heard this a couple of years ago. Things might have changed now. Dheeni pina koncham evarina light veyochhu kada?  ;)

If you meet the substantial presence test, you are a resident and can use turbotax.
