Ram Charan also gave a clever retort to Malla Reddy who made cheap comments on Charan marrying Upasana. Charan chose to give a fitting reply to Malla Reddy in his own college! “I didn’t marry Upasana because of her status. I married her because I love her. No one should love someone looking at their status. Such marriages won’t last. I love Upasana and that is the reason why we are a happy family. However one needs to settle down in life before getting married. You can love but make sure that you take the right step at the right age,” Charan said.
