Compare yourself with someone who graduated from some Elite school and try to compete with them in the professional career.

Guy graduated from Elite school would think the same about people who graduated from crap univ and got H1 with Desi company. It is not fair to point someone. 10 years from now, all will end up with some salary, in some place after all the struggles. Bottom line is, what makes you different is the morals and values you follow to achieve that place not the Univ or percentages you got.
