Forum Update.

Since Existing Discussions forum has over 8 Million posts and it is very slow compared to other  I decided to rename and close the forum  ''Discussions''. 

I will make it read only and will create a new forum with same name ''DISCUSSIONS'' and will move last few weeks of posts to this new forum.

This will be done by end of day today.

I will rename the existing one to DISCUSSIONS_OLD

Please let me know if you have any questions.
