Nope. Its based on the content. The site is reviewd by Bluecoat bots fsor site content. If the site has abundance of rich media, then it is flagged ans inappropriate. Manaki telsindhe kada, DB ante gif adda. So obviously, it gets flagged as Supicious/Potentially Adult content.

However, you can go to Bluecoat ***** site and submit an user review, when the site is once again review by a human. But just one or two such reviews won't bring about any considerable changes in the review. I have already submitted user reviews with many pseudo names and email addresses. If you guys/gals/AKKAI can also do the same, then it will be helpful for all.
