Vendor tellodu ayite kastam....vendor gaadu nee employer nunchi oka email pampa mani cheptaadu that you are no longer with that company and he is ok if he wants to work with the client ani ..adi elago employer gaadu ivvadu. Vendor ki employer ki Non-Compete clause untadi so vendor gaadu accept cheyyadu with out letting your employer know.
