best thing enti ante...train her in your tech...help her prepare for interviews..let her crack the call...you will have the advantage to support her work if she gets a job...evado jaffa gadni support adukovalsina pani ledu..she has the advantage to work under any w2..did the same..now she is the go to guy in her team and her manager comes to her for any complex issues and he knows shez gonna ask me..
