TS qualify ayyindhi, AP kaledhu. the question was, why did TG need FRBM relaxation, when it is in a fiscal surplus. Obvious answer is, TG needs to invest on their infra, and hence needs to borrow more. Fair enough. But when both states need FRBM limits relaxed, I'm confused about which region was infra ready (within FRBM limits when AP was united). It certainly looks like both states are trying to get more than their fair share of goodies after separation. Again to repeat my question. Why does TG need FRBM limits relaxed. It makes no sense from a central governance pov to give both regions such goodies without proper study. If there was such a study, the report failed to point us toward it. If you want to say, my state got what it wanted, and I'm happy. Its cool. I was just wondering about how unfair the federal system is. Quote
