London Transit , Is it possible to get VISA for 2 days in the airport

Planning a trip to India with transit in London , is it possible to get VISA in the airport , would like to spend 2 days in london

If that is not possible i am thinking about leaving from west coast to either Singapore / dubai and spend few days there 

please suggest

We want to do 2 to 3 day trip on our way to India either in London , Dubai or Singapore 

just wondering which is the best place to go and which one has easy access 

 

London , i am wondering about transit visa 

Dubai , it will be Ramzan season when we will be traveling , abu dhabi tickets cheap ga unnayi , so wondering can we easily travel to dubai in taxi and from there places to see and shopping 

Or else sanfrancisco ke velli 2 days spend chesi than go to singapore and than to INDIA / or Thailand ke velli 2 days spend chesi than to india
