Emergency personnel have rescued more than 1,200 persons from their homes. Governor Greg Abbott has declared a state of disaster for nine counties in and around the Houston. Meanwhile, Talluri Suresh Kumar, who is working as mechanical engineer, has been missing since flash floods in Houston. Emergency crew has launched a hunt to trace him.
