nenu indian MNC nunchi us vochi ikkada pedda dukan la ft pattina. i know that resume cook up and froxy chestaru ani  but i thought that was very rare . e db la old threads choostunte , chala comon ani artham ayyindi . oka 90 shatam atlane anukocha ? 

 

also after reading some stories ( some guy had only milk and cereal for weeks) i can understand why they do it . mee story kuda share cheyyandi

india la 4 years pani chesa brother as a developer , a tarvatha us vocha . Us lo kuda a company ki 2.5 years pani chesi shift ayya american company ki .

i don't know about other indian MNCs but nenu infosys lo work chesa first 4 years.

 

They never faked projects or age or experience with specific month and year of fake projects or ***** calls.

One thing that they do is Market their employees as experts, some DBians say how can a guy with 2 years exp be an expert and it is equivalent to faking a reusme with fake projects and ***** call.

First project with kufli consultancy lo nenu fake petti project chesa after few months I have quit for FT for nearly half salary as I was no longer able to digest how consultancy system works. Fake life !

@ARYA lol . 4 years pani chesa ani cheppa kada ayya babu . developer la start ayya . clients pay very less for developers from india/indian mnc`s . So everybody knows that mostly freshers ani and its my company`s reposibility to deliver the project. Also know that most project`s in indian MNC`s are not staff augmentation . they do full cycles / support .

 

in my case i came onsite for same client from india to here . Was also offered job at the same client but couldn`t join due to my company`s policy .

 

Also i understand why ppl f*ke and *oxy . All i wanted to know is the struggle and how someone came out of it .
