Depends on salary structure in that company... manam adagochu 200K kooda .. kani there will be some limit to all positions except executive level. And depends on your experience. For example if a lead Developer range is 95 to 110K .. neeku 6 years vundi lead ga tesukunte you could be close to lower limit.. naa junior Oracle SOA with 5 years experience as lead 95K..

By the way i haven't heard a .NET developer earning 150K .. No offense. nenu chudaledu.. good luck

Did you do the interview well enough to make them think they don't want to loose you?

If you have that confidence ask 20K more than what they offered. Plus ask signing bonuses and RSUs.
