lenovo one key recovery stopped working after some windows update & when trying to launch it says "driver initialization failed please re-install application". I googled & every source says a problem on windows 8 or later but not windows 7. Mine is windows 7 home premium & my laptop became slow & I want to format it but do not have os cd & all I need to use is onekey recovery utility. Did anyone able to make it work on windows 7 after encountering the issue which I mentioned? I bought the laptop 5 years ago & do not have warranty & I'm not sure If I can call technical support for this issue.
