I'm currently working for a venddor 'X'...and the contractt is completed....

changed to vendorr 'Y'...for the new contract...

End client same for vendor  'X' and Vendorr 'Y'.

My employerr same for vendooor  'X' and Vendorr 'Y'.

 

now vennndor 'X' threatening me ....saying i cannot extend the project contract with new veeendor....for same end clientt

 

now he is contacting a lawwyer for filing a case against me  and my empllllloyer...

 

nenu vendor ki emi non compete agreement sign cheyyaledu.....

 

naku telisna solution is to change employer...

or sub-contracinggg my employer with some other company...as vendor ...like employer---> new vendor v---> new prime vendor y ---> end client...

12. RIGHTS ON CLIE-NTS / NON SOLIC-ITATION For clients introduced by XXXXX, to Subco-ntractor, XXXX gets ex-clusivity for each client for the duration of the Agree-ment and for a period of 12 ca-lendar months thereafter. Subcon-tractor agrees not to directly or indirectly approach the client and have its cons-ultants work for the client during this period. Sub-contr-actor also agrees to have proper non-compete ag-reement signed with the consultant so that this agre-ement can be enforced in the event co-nsultant leaves the company.
