NTR and MGR won election JUST because of their stardom.

I think we cannot and must not compare NTR and YSR.

NTR was a humanitarian and never a politician. NTR great politician ayithe CBN gaadu vennu potu podiche paristhithi techukunevaadu kaadu. NTR's is the most unique case in history. Even MGR had political acumen and killed lot of people. I dont know if NTR got Vangaveeti Ranga killed, but NTR was a very good man whom people trusted because of his STARDOM and nothing else.


YSR was born and raised in arguably the most powerful political family in AP. Hence he had the platform to become MP at a young age.

i dont agree some points bro.....if NTR was to win purely on his stardom..he would not have lost the 1989 elections(becoz stars should not loose)...and if u say he lost his stardom by 1989, y did he win again in 1994?(did he again gain stardom?)....stardom is just one of the main factors for NTR winning the elections...the othere factors were, peoples frustration on congress, wanting a change in administration.....and belief in NTR cheers12w

and regarding YSr being born in "arguably the most powerful political family in AP".....u can say YS jagan is born in arguably the most powerful political family...becoz YS family became that powerful only after YSR became the Cm for 2 consecutive terms.....so there is no way that YSR is born in a powerful political family. cheers12w cheers12w
