Its a house not a land..even if i plan to stay there in future...there is no car parking...so adi eppatiki rentki ichukuntu undatame..so as u knw...rentki ichi oka 1 yrki emanna repair chepiste 5 months rent lechipotundi...so thinking to sell and buy some land in outskirts of vjw or vizag...citylo epudaina saturate aipotadi value
