bank issues doesnt come under federal ..mee frnd safe ga ne vasthaadu no issues kaaani once vachaaka okiri paina depend avvalsindhee..

if court has sent a letter, will this info will be available with USCIS/POE officer? Even though this is a Credit/finance issue...in law of court, charges were filed (not criminal)....think from that angle. Most likely this should not be issue at POE.

Bank and collections vadiki call chesi emergency unte back home ki vellanu and not aware of this ani cheppi fine tho katteyyamanu, problem will be solved. 

criminal police case lu unte port of entry lo aaputaru but this is related to credit card so i don't think there will be any issues.  Entha theesukunnadu
