Hypothetical question on H4 EAD

If  a Green card holder owns a company and give 80 % share in the company to H4 EAD spouse , H4 EAD spouse does majority of work 

Can H1 spouse apply for concurrent H1 in the company and start working , is it possible at all

why if the owner is Green card holder , and if H4 ead employee and share holder , can't h1 WORK ????

when you quit ur employer, her h4 ead is gone after he intents revoke... and how is she going to be legally a share holder then? how will ur h1 work... Don't abuse the system man, this kind of sheet is making things sheet for everyone...
