• The high-tech foreign workers have been anxiously waiting for USCIS completion and implementation of "final rule" making process since comment period was over for the published "proposed" rule. The record reflects that the USCIS has a plan to submit the draft of the final rule to the OMB within this month, May 2016. Rule ledu bokka ledu....we reviewed every thing....uscis has many outstandintg applications so in order to first clear those we are going to merge eb3 applications into eb2 and move back the dates just to y2k and we will pass the ead rule, also we will make sure that no one gets to the priority date.
