yes, wait tillt this rule comes out. non-expiry of H4 ead and n' number of h1b's and non-revoke of i140 is the only use of this new rule. I see lot of people are saying if you come out with good terms with current employer he will not revoke i140, thats not true. Employers will not hold i140 for resigned employees as they need to show proof of support all those valid i140's. if rfe comes for anyone of that employer.  So they cancel immediately after employee left.

idi modernizing immigration rules gurinchi. okasari i140 approve ayyaka employer change ayithe H1 unlimited times renew chesukovachu even though new employer does not start GC process. elago gc date current kadu so at least ila chesina previous i140 meeda h1 renewal chesukovachu and kotha employer gc eppudu start chestado ani eduru chudadam avasaram ledu. 

H4 EAD continue cheyyocho ledo teliyadu by using previous employer i-140.
