OPT's ki RFE start ayyinattu unnai

Ma company lo okadu opt extension apply chesadu for 17 month's extension and he got RFE yesterday. RFE lo details emi ivvala(strange, sent an rfe letter with no details in it). I am sure they will ask for i983 form from him even he applied 2 months back before the rule was passed.

dont take i983 lite. rule lo clear ga rasado, employer has to mention where OPT works. That location should be his work place or other offices of his company. Client location istha assama. oka vella ichina, they need to show how they monitor (or control whatever) OPT day-day duties. 

 

Oka website lo suggestion eithe desi employer oka full time employer ni pettukovalanta to only monitor all opts at cleint places may be using skype or something. so from now OPT ki desi employer laptop echina acharyam ledhu to monitor them ani.

 

for now its all complicated.
