That's the thing with H1B. H1B can be discriminated legally and there's not a thing anyone can do about it. Reason these people cite is very simple when there's a surplus of EADs, GCs what's the incentive to hire an H1B? And there's not a thing an H1B can do legally about it. They know we can't do so it's open season to discriminate against hiring people on H1B. 

And to think that Hilary Clinton, Facebook, Apple and other such tech organizations want the govt. to increase the number of H1B's. At a time when the existing H1Bs find it really tough to find a job. USCIS knows that H4 EAD would put an end to companies hiring H1Bs which is exactly why the implemented it. H4 EAD is similar to "manamu koorchunna kommani maname narukkotamu". Now we are facing the consequences. All the people that parties when H4 EAD came, I know plenty of them btw are all crying now.
