RESERVATION --- its a medium/ concept way of helping the deprived and poor....chaala countries lo untai government subsidies and promotions for the poor...like health, education etc etc - whats wrong in this....if its not in existence poor will be the poorest ...rich will be richest /(provided he wont loose his richness himself)

government subsidies are required for all castes/communities based on their on economical status...kaani mana karma variety gaa undhi india lo....no need to blame dalits or sc/st's for this ..government giving them they are using it why we should deprive them of it......upper castes vaallaki untey/isthey use chesukoraaa...ippudu kaapus adagatam ledhaaa....

Caste is not a merit or virtue that you can base out to draw any classification or conclusion. Its a fukin dual edged sword, upper castes are also on the receiving end with these mindless reservations that solely based on caste classification, and with your proposal, you are making it even  more insane.

Actually I haven't proposed anything. I'm just happy at what a dalit CM is doing. Doing a caste census will mean govt. has clear idea on how to target benefits, instead of random people claiming that their caste deserves to BC/OBC or whatever.

Looks like no CM in India has done it before.
