no bro, ur 140 will be active but u cannot use that to file 485 with new employer.. kotha employer malli perm and 140 cheyali and obviously u can retain PD if ur new job is in same category

also remember they are trying to modernize the perm process too .. may be dhaani vala kuda emana use undachu atleast  applications thvaraga adjudicate chestharemo
