EV- MSA Agreement using Company A My Payroll-Company B 2015-H1 filed using Company B Denied with RFE. 2016 -H1 Filed using Vendor.-Approved I signed non competence for Company A-My Payroll Company B Employer threatening saying u signed Non Competence u cant switch to vendor. Emails from Company A to Vendor-Will Sue you if you hire him. Emails from Company B to Me-Will sue you for non competence. My question -Is it Valid, Can he sue us?? Quote
