Insurance Coverage for Sinusitis

Hello Friends,

I need a small clarification regarding health insurance. I never visited doctor here in US. Naku chinnapudu asthma and allergies undevi. Ikkadiki vachina taruvata chala taggindi. Kani ippudu malli sinus problem start avutundi. Like irritation in throat, running nose etc. etc. Maa employer gadu everymonth almost 380 deduct chestadu for insurance and employer insurance lo join ayyi 2 years avutundi.  How do I know if sinusitis is covered under plan. Would it be treated as pre- existing condition and not covered. What are specialist in the sinus problems called. How do I search for them? 

Please shed some light.

it might not be Sinus...endukante...headache untadi kuda sinus unte..

symptoms which u mention are because of Pollen..neeku already existing condition undi kabatti..koncham ekuva anipistundemo pollen reaction.

Yeah that is correct friends. I do have pollen allergy. Whenever I visit india the symptoms appear promptly. I live in rajahmundry Egdt. Mostly surrounded by agricultural lands.

Emina better feel avutunnava? How long have you been doing that. Nenu chala options try chesanu bhayya india lo. Early morning honey with herbs, Ayurvdeam etc etc. Nothing helped. I just left it and am dealt with it as it comes. But some times it is getting in the way of my work. My roommate gets scared when I gargle(unusual) and try to get rid of throat irritation. The problem I do it involuntarily in the morning.

which coconut water? natural or one from costco ?

Small glass India lo tea cup size glass lo 1/6 th cup olive oil dantlo more  than half cup or full cup nee ishtam coconut water add chesi thagochu. Idi actually for parasite cleanse but lungs kuda clean chestundi. Sinus issue or phlegm old stored di vache mundu konchem detox symptoms vuntayi like headache etc. If your body can take more olive oil then you can add more but better start with 1/6th cup. Before starting Google and ask your doctor.
