My H1B ( total 6 years ) is about to expire in 2 months , one employer said he will apply GC and I can come back after I140 got approved by extending h1. question entante intha koncham gap lo asalu apply cheyacha?

ok for ex : my h1b expires in a week , and i travel today. Can i applyfor GC  from india after the exipry date , since i have 7 days left on h1?

Make a good deal with him , work hard in India for 1 or 2 year and come back after I140 approval with some managerial position. Ask him to move your GC to EB1 category . All the best
